New Moon Women's Meditation Circle & Gathering

Sunday, Jan 6 @ 4 - 6 PM

New Moon Circles are the perfect time to plant the seeds of your intent. At this time the sky is dark, resembling a blank canvas and a time of potential.  In this gathering we'll set intentions for what we’d like to manifest in our lives, gain clarity and connect with ourselves through communal energy. This non religious gathering includes a restorative yoga practice and a guided meditation accompanied by the sound of quartz crystal singing bowls.

Through meditation you’ll experience the healing tones and harmonious sensations while the rich, textural sounds created by the singing bowls resonate hypnotically throughout the room, strengthening a shared yet profoundly personal experience that will help heal your heart, release old beliefs, deepen your connection with nature, your guides and your purpose.

Light refreshments will be served and each participant leaves with a parting gift. These Circles are open to all who identify as women.

Full Moon Women's Meditation Circle & Gathering

Saturday, Dec 22 @ 7-9 PM

Full moon rituals are about celebration, releasing and letting go. This is the time to harvest and regroup your thoughts and energy. With moonlight illuminating everything, you can more clearly assess your goals and release what doesn’t serve you to create room for what inspires you. In this gathering we'll let go of obstacles that no longer serve our higher purpose, gain clarity and connect with ourselves through communal energy. This gathering includes pranayama (breathing exercises) and a guided meditation accompanied by the sound of quartz crystal singing bowls.
