At the Yoga House, I offer a range of classes in an effort to make yoga available to all bodies and types of people. I'm committed to yoga education by providing Yoga Teacher Trainings, Yoga Living Programs, Continuing Education and Workshops. I'd love to meet you and for you to join me.
Valentine's Day Partner Yoga
Try something different besides dinner and a movie and bring your partner, spouse or friend to share a playful evening learning partner assisted yoga poses you can enjoy together. This is a wonderful way to strengthen your bond and explore new things together. No experience necessary. In fact, this is a great way to introduce someone you care about to the benefits and joys of yoga. This class includes champagne and a tasty treat to take home. Space is limited, pre-registration is required.

Join me, Jan 5th @ 6:30pm at the Patrick Heath Public Library in Boerne for this gentle, donation based all levels class.
This gentle yet non judgmental flow allows you to play at your own pace without any pressure to perform, look a certain way or “get” any pose. This class is a free/ donation based class, which means that this class is free and while any donation you would like to give is certainly appreciated but not expected. Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat. I can not wait to meet you here.

Sensual Dance Class

My Sweet friend, Emily Rose will be leading and instructing this Sensuality class that incorporates Ballet technique and will melt your muscles on fire. This class will encourage you to own your sexuality without shame or judgment as we express ourselves through sexual movement. This is a women's only class, ages 18 and up. Pre-registration is required.
Inner Peace Meditation
Sunday 6 pm
Meditation is a big part of yoga and Inner peace is something you can carry with you, like a secret weapon, against life's day to day stresses. Come try it and get happy, boost your self esteem, improve your immunity, your emotional intelligence, reduce your stress and a whole other great stuff you need to experience. ll Levels are welcome. Pre-registration required.
Please come prepared to sit comfortably (this may include bringing extra pillows or blankets from home). Water and tea are provided.
Yoga 101 Beginner's Workshop
- March 4-25 (Class meets once a week)
- Sun 11-12pm
The Yoga 101 Beginner's Series is a great way to learn the essentials of a yoga practice or simply to refresh your knowledge. You will learn basic yoga poses, breathing techniques and you will develop an understanding of what yoga is to you and how to apply these techniques for your own body. Come to increase flexibility and stability, improve balance and posture, gain strength and endurance, focus and calm the mind and generally increase your overall well-being.Suitable for complete beginners and those wanting to revisit the basics. This is a 4 week long workshop. Class meets every Sat during the month of January, pre registration required.
