I offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 10 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign up in advance to hold your spot. If you prefer to work one one one, I'm happy to work with you. Contact me for private instruction.

All yoga classes are open to the public and do not require a membership to attend. Given the private nature of the studio, signing up means you are personally reserving a class with me. Please do not sign up for a class and not show. I understand sometimes things happen, just let me know. If you are a no show, please note I do charge a cancellation fee.
A nurturing and gentle practice, using pillows and props, beneficial to anyone seeking a calming and renewing yoga practice. Ideal for beginners with lots of emphasis on alignment. No experience necessary, modifications offered and props available.
For students who are comfortable with the Gentle Yoga and are ready to explore a more advanced practice. New postures will be introduced and held longer, focusing on balance, strength and endurance. Pranayama (breathing exercises) incorporated. Not recommended for first timers.
Same as the traditional Yoga Flow but with room temperature heated to approximately 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for the intermediate practitioner looking to work hard and sweat. I recommend bringing water and a towel. Come hydrated.
In this class, your mat is a stand up paddle board; the world is your studio and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, water and all of nature's beauty. In this all levels class you'll enjoy a mellow yoga flow while adapting to the motion of the board, the continuous challenge to balance, and strengthen your core and leg muscles. Change is the only constant in life. On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride. Wear comfortable yoga or swim clothes that you don't mind getting wet and prepare for laughter and fun!
Join me at for this all levels, gentle yet non judgmental yoga flow allows you to play at your own pace without any pressure to perform, look a certain way or “get” any pose. This class is a donation based class, which means that any donation you would like to give is certainly appreciated but not expected. Please make sure to bring your own yoga mat. All levels welcome to this 60 minute experience in bliss, beginning with gentle stretching, featuring a long period of Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation), and concluding with breathing practices and a brief meditation. Ideal for anyone looking for a more accessible practice or time to unwind.
